Sure...

I suppose the first point of order is that I am one of several technical editors. Tamar is another. I am not at liberty at this time to disclose who the other TE's are.

As for shaking things up, well, lets say that my series of comments that are posted up on the Advisor Website were well timed..< bg >. The comments that were posted up here were heard as well. FoxPro Advisor has remained fairly constant over the past 7 years. The other Advisor Magazines use the model of multiple technical editors. FPA is now falling in line with that model. Based on my commentary, Advisor Media thought that I could offer a fresh perspective. FPA, being the only mass-distributed magazine devoted to FoxPro developers, is vital to the health of the community. I jumped at the chance to work with Advisor in helping FPA along what will prove to be an exciting evolutionary path.

As for insight on what is coming down the pike... General windows programming topics and how VFP integrates. How FPA fits into WinDNA, COM+, etc. Of course, there will still be topics on traditional topics as well. It is clear that VFP is moving into new horizons. FPA and Advisor want to keep pace.

I think you will like what you see!!!!
