There is no property or other VFP feature to stop this default behaviour. As soon as you implement code to stop this behaviour, another user will complain about having to shift+tab a bunch of times to get back to the first column.
I think your user would be better off dragging the horizontal scroll bar all the way to the right to get to the last column. IMO, users need learn how forms and other controls are supposed to work. This will help them with other standard software user interfaces.
