I've begun to adopt the philosophy of "Distribute Everything". My setup puts the WSH, Foxtools, and MSXML redistributable on every machine. Even if I don't need them. The way I see it, if I start to build this infrastructure now, all of these tools are available to me on these machines without worry in the future when I DO need them.
