If you've got Visual Studio (instead of just Visual FoxPro) it includes Visual Modeler, which is a stripped down version of Rational Rose. There is a VFP Class to VM wizard available on the Microsoft website that will export VCX's so they can be read by VM. VM will give you a UML diagram.
