Hi Mark,
Yes, because your main computer works as a proxy server. I don'know if you are referring to you office LAN, or home LAN, but on my home LAN in Netscape preferences/Advanced/Proxy/ it is set up for HTTP proxy on 192.168.0.1 ( internal IP address of my main PC which is connected to the Internet through the modem) port 3128. I use WinProxy. I am not sure how to set it up if you mean an access from VFP app, but it should know the IP address of your main PC to be able to connect through it.
