Actually scoping things to datasessions is a good idea (IMO). Settings like NEAR and EXACT are perfect examples of these. I might want NEAR and EXACT off in my form that checks for passwords but I would want them on in my form that did lookups for example. It just saves me the hassle of saving and restoring the setting on form load and destroy. I could build this into my form baseclass but that would be serveral more lines of code and with my typing speed, another 5 minutes I can't spend doing something fun *g*.

Wait a minute. That was almost serious. I'm out!
