Ok I have a little more info. On my 733Mhz 256M system it appears that five megs in size for the exe is the point where I lose performance. As I add modules to the project it slows down. Since I have more than one module to add I checked each one. As I add any of the modules in any order after five megs the program slows.

So now the questions is what is the best way to break up the exe???

I was think I could create a stub exe. Like SBT does?????? What are the general thoughts on breaking up exe's.

I should point out that all the modules use the same frame work.
