I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do, but could you just use a VFP Report? Otherwise I wouldn't know. But, No (to your original question), you can't automate WordPad.

Could you just create the DOC file in VFP, as a simple TextFile, you'd have to scrounge for the pagebreak characters in wordpad though.
