I see what goes up on CIS, and IMO, the place leaves a lot to be desired. As for me, I can comment on both places because I spent 4.5 years on CIS (1992-1996) prior to becoming active on the UT. Now, CIS has combined all of the MS Developer tools into one forum. It is a lousy place to be. Hey, it isn't just me saying it, the folks on CIS say it as well...
