Sounds like it could be just some bad indexes Gil. DELETE TAGS and recreate indexes on your source tables.

If that doesnt get you past it, let's look at your parent child relationship...

The 100 records are in the child table and your trying to delete on that table right? How many records in the parent? Is the bizobj set to auto-primary for this child? Any chance you got your builder settings crossed up and the delete is trying to cascade back to the parent and causing havoc?
