Currently as a guest you can read all messages, but not reply or create new ones. Also, the library is restricted to a few sections.

In April, you should be able to create a free account for the forum and do almost anything a member can do, but the only way to access is the forum is through the web interface. An offline reader is only available for CompuServe members, as well as some other CompuServe forums, like the Adult Channels.
