A disappointment to be sure, and really does reduce the utility of the file. I'm still curious, however, about why the appendices weren't chapters. Usually, you have things like glossaries, ASCII character charts, Error message reference, and things like that. In other words, pretty dry stuff. This is an exception. I hope JimB will see this and maybe provide an answer why they weren't included as chapters.
