Could you make a remote diagnosis and save me a trip to the doctor? My right forearm on the right side near the elbow has been very sore for the past couple of months. I'm thinking it could be the amount of mousing I do every day, and the fact that I'm on 3 or 4 different systems throughout the day.

You mentioned resting the elbows on the table and supporting the wrist. What do you mean by supporting the wrist? Any online ergo info you would recommend?
