Unfortunately, not. The only way to change font in MessageBox is to change Windows settings, which, of course, quite unconvinient.
So, for the special purposes is better to create your own MessageBox form.
I did for displaying information (statistics). Look into UT Files section for frmStatistics. You can also try Dragan's Alert function.
