This is the age old problem. Try explaining how good that $3 Nicaraguan blend latte from Starbucks is to the guy in the next cubicle who makes his coffee with a tablespoon of instant and hot water from a tap.
My question is, do you really want to work for a company that doesn't understand the value of what you do and the tools you use? I have done this, it aint't pretty.
