Go to your Tools/Options.../Controls menu and select ActiveX controls. Put a check mark next to any ActiveX controls you would like to use on a form. Now, when you modify a form, on the controls toolbar, select the row of books icon (View classes) and choose ActiveX controls. Now you can drop an ActiveX control on a form.
