You realize that by including a filter in an index, it's automatically excluded from use for Rushmore optimization? If you need to use the candidate keys as candidate keys as well as for query optimization, you'll need both the candidate key with the filter condition and a regular key without the filter for queries referencing the index expression to be optimizable.
