Anyone with ISP access and an AOL Instant Message ID (or AOL account, or CS2K, or any of a number of other options) will be able to use the CSi forums through the Web interface come mid-April or so. If you want to use any interface other than the Web interface, you'll need some sort of either CSi Classic or CS2K account access.
