Into our last step to move the entire WWW framework into WWC, we have discovered a strange behavior with PHDBase.

When I was loading PHDBase when the WWW framework was running as an EXE, it was loading ok. Now, that we are running as COM, PHDBase reports this famous notification about the low memory. This bugs us a lot as we have to go on the console and hit the messagebox button.

This time it's not related to memory. As we know, it's running fine otherwise.

I was wondering if any of us are loading PHDBase under WWC as COM.
