Not trivially; you could add code to have IE timestamp fire up and shutdowns using some automation, but it's incredibly uninformative - I may open a Browser window when I get up in the morning and just leave it sitting all day, so that when I wanmt to access something with the browser, IE is already sitting there loaded, running, and tied to the internet.
