Thanks for the help. I figure it must be abnormal shutdowns of some kind. We do use Foxfix in our app. On startup, Foxfix checks for damaged files and repairs any if necessary. However, the garbaged records don't go away.

Does Stonefield handle these kinds of garbaged records? For now I'll probably run a routine that checks for garbaged records and delete them.

>We have had this problem occur when either the server crashes or if network connection is lost. This is only a problem if the files are housed on the server though. There is not much you can do about this situation, except getting a good product such as Stonefield Database Toolkit to help you repair the files.
