GENDBC is a program utility supplied with VFP. If you run it, it will write a program which contains all the code you need to recreate your DBC programmatically.

If your DBC files were corrupted, there is a big chance that the memo file is messed up. In such cases usually it is very difficult to salvage it.
Old DBC is better than nothing, may be you can modify it and restore the changes.
