1) What changed recently with the system? (Always the first question to ask when something SUDDENLY stops working.) Hardware changes? Software installed? Printer unplugged or cable detached?

2) Has a floppy drive or CD-ROM drive stopped working?

3) Does the application continue and actually run after the error?
