Ok, this did not work either

LdDate = cursor.Sdate && is DateTime data type

cSQL=cSQL + " VALUES ('"+lcfyr+"',"+DTOC(TTOD(ldDate))+")"

and the table where I'm INSERTing the value is also DateTime. Any suggestions?
