Well we gave it a try, no luck. Just to be certain, we made certain that the date fields all had NULLIF fieldname=BLANKS for them, made ceratin each field was given a field type, alll the records in the dat file are present and accounted for and all have 15 fields, 14 commas, text all has " on each end, except blank text.
As my tag line says, should have stuck to VFP!
