My app has about 14 users accessing a single .dbc and opening several related .dbfs in SHARED mode from a remote Novell server. All data entry is done with SQL INSERTs. One rare occasions, we have network problems and/or server crashes which cause a few records to be corrupted. All fields of the corrupted records will contain "|||||||" etc... I am assuming a user was parked on the selected records when this occurred. However, these aren't necessarily the most recently entered records. What might really be going on here?
