If you go to the Windows Explorer and right click on a DLL
and select Properties, the Version tab displays the Major
Minor and Build values.
This only works if the AutoIncrement checkbox is set in
the Build dialog when building the DLL.
So, that in mind, there has to be some way of retrieving
this info.
