I seem top be having more problems than I should retrofitting Encryptor into an Existing VFP 6.0 app. I can encrypt the tables no problem and with an exceptable performance hit.

Here's my problem and the documentation does not address it. I have sent an email to tech support but they are tired of hearing from me. So maybe someone here has an answer. I encrypt the tables and in my main program file I register them. All is fine in the main program. However, as I call programs from the main, it appears that I have to reregister the files before I can use them. Same appears to be true with forms. I use dataenvironments in my forms.

The problem is (to a small extent) I have to reregister each encrypted file used in the called program, method or event. To a greater extent, the register code called in the beforetableopen event of the data environment doesn't appear to work. How do I access encrypted files when registering the encrypted files in the beforetableopen event doesn't work.

Side question, is there a problem with encryption and issuing a close data all?
