I have a Tktronix printer and I create two printers

One printer prints for one side and the other is duplex

For my printer go to printers folder
* Right click the printer propierties
* Paper
* More options
* Single or Duplex

I sugest to tray to printer single or duplex for an another aplication like Word or Excel first changing the printer parameters. After that, you only need to choice the printer you need it.
