The first thing I would do is make sure you didn't accidentally set the relation from the table when you meant to set it from the view. If you DISP STAT after setting the relation, does it show the relation is from the view?

If the relation is from the view, the next thing I would do is check the contents of the CustId field in the view. If they're all the same, there's some error in your join condition of the view.
