Well, I don't support FoxISAPI and I decided a while back I'm not going to talk about it any longer nor recommend it. FoxISAPI is tricky to set up and get running if you know what you're doing, and a nightmare if you don't.
All I will say that it does work and can be used to build Web apps with - but there are definitely better ways...
