Different controls. Coolbar is newer. More functionnalities.

Different controls. MSHFLEXGRID is newer. More functionnalities. The New Flexgrid allow you to view your Hierarchical recordset as a treeview if you use ADO and the new SHAPE command.

Different controls. Datagrid is newer. DataGrid is to use with ADO while DBGrid is to use with DAO and/or RDO. Both can be use unbound.
