I havea buddy who programs almost exclusively in Delphi and if you go to www.ComputerJobs.com or www.monster.com you'll find some references there.

Personally I think it's a pretty cool product and about the only thing keeping me from learning it is the absolute backlog of other stuff on my "must learn" plate.

What with the sale of Inprise/Borland to Corel there's no telling what's going to happen with the product but I do know they are porting it to Linux and depending on their success I think it could possible be the "killer app" that help Linux go mainstream.
