I have not done this myself, so I have no examples to help you more, but there are 2 choices that should work for you.

1. Create the OLE object on a for with the general field as the ControlSource and then copy and paste this object, not the general field itself, to your word document.

2. (Probably the better option) OLE to word and create you graph in the word document using OLE. Set the datasheet cells programmatically with the headings and numbers as you would do in VFP. Here you are just using an OLE to word to create an OLE object in a word document.
