The United Stansberry District Court has ruled, the following professions must have completed a minimum of two years "Real World Experience" and can demonstrate competency through "Real World Testing". Minimum acceptable requirements will be developed by the Court. Being the sole authority, no challenges will be acknowledged by the Court.

K through 12 Teachers - Must have spent at least two years in each grade level and subject, demonstrating proficiency in each.

College Professors - Must have worked in a related industry for a minimum of five years and demonstrated proficiency by becoming a published author in his/her chosen area of expertise and is recognized by his/her peers to be and expert (ex=hasbeen, spurt=delayed drip).

Doctor - Must have the diseases he plans to treat before he can treat a particular patient. Two year requirement waived on selected diseases.

Lawyer - Must have been the victim of a crime he is defending. If the prosecutor, must have been the perpetrator of a similar crime. Two year requirement waived.

Newspaper Editor - Before he can write an editorial opinion on a particular subject (Ex. President), he must have served in that position for a minimum of one year. Two year requirement waived.

Programmer - 7th grade education. No "Real World Experience" required.

Developer - Be able to successfully add 1+1=10 and be able to support your answer with facts. Two year requirement waived.

Airline Pilot - Successfully reach destination 99 times out of 100. Fatal crashes are only allowed during the first 10. Two year requirement waived unless 100 flights take more than two years.
