Well, that is bascially what I said. I would say you are arguming semantics here... However, I do believe the role of the designers and the IDE are closely tied together...

Nope. Nor do I bet, neither what I guess that VFP shares the same IDE to the same extent. All I'd say is there's a high probability that VFP is available via some shared Visual Studio IDE, nothing more, because anything else is pure speculation at that point.
