If what you say is correct, If I wrote a book about a langauge that you knew nothing about or did not have any experience with, are you saying that you could be an effective TE? I don't think so. Surely, you would be at the bottom of the list of candidates that would be qualified to do the job. i.e., you would be my last choice...

Even if I didn't know the subject matter as in-depth as you said was necessary? My point originally, and now, is that in-depth knowledge of the subject matter is low on the list of qualifications, and I believe I can convincingly prove it to you.

Thanks, but sometimes it's just an illusion, as I mentioned earlier. :-) BTW, I'm still holding out the challenge. I think it would be kinda fun!
