Standing with the MSCD has not bearing IMO... As far as finding a solution here and a solution there, sure, you can find them. Heck, I can start in my own backward.... 500+ users - VFP/SQL Sever - 100gb database..... This is an app that Rod, Duffy, and I worked on. Sure, you can bring up jFast, surplus-direct, euro-tunnel. Then again, all of that is old news.... Look at the current case studies out there... Look at the market share. Anything else is dillusional. In other words, if you repeat it to yourself enough, you hope that you will actually begin to believe what you are saying. Further, your hopes are that other people will believe it as well....

>Now you are picking nits. I would say that some or your criteria are met in the prod info with respect to solutions developed. I might add another regarding current standing in the VS tools has been elevated with the inclusion of the exams and MSCD.

>>1. Product information for VFP is available on the MS website
>>2. 2 VFP exams are offered by MS that count toward earning the MSCD

>>To extrapolate this into anything more is pure folly...

>>The health of a development language can only be measured by its standing in the market place, how many people use it, what sorts of solutions are developed using the tool, how much has it been embraced/accepted by the business community. I could go on, but I think you get my idea here.
