Check out takenote.com. I took Jim Duffy's course a few weeks ago and it was excellent. I just made the switch to vfp from umpteen years developing in basic, dbase II, db III+, clipper, and access (so you have an idea of my background). The course was VERY worthwhile.

I took the basic and intermediate on my own (with the materials he sent), and then went personally for the advanced class. Worked out PERFECT for me.
