Child Table = auth
Update = Cascade
Delete = Cascade
Insert = Restrict
Parent/Child Tag = id

Again, anyone mind me email my project to you and you look over it. BTW, some of the forms were created by wizard, so I did my best to "include" everything within the project/zip (91KB in zipped).
