As a society, we have often been taught to attack and hide our feelings because someone can hurt us if we tell them how we feel. Unfortunately, in the long run, we get hurt more by hiding those feeling than by letting them out.

Constructive argument usually starts with I (me) + a feeling, and does not contain a you (I think that you ...). I.E. I like, I don't like, I am happy with, I am unhappy with ... You get the idea.

This is true of business relationships, User groups, Couples, Governments etc...
