Tamar had some very strict viewpoints. I was curious as to what experiences led her to those viewpoints. Was the experience theorhetical or through the delivery of real-world applications, or a combination of both..
Since she had some harsh views of web-based UI, it was appropriate for me to ask how much web-development she has done. Designing and creating web UI is not a trivial task. You definitely can't take the Win32 UI mindset to the web. I suspect that she does not fully appreciate this fact. I am also of the opinon that until you do some of this work for "real", you really cannot appreciate what is involved.
Sound reasonable..??

>Not so simple, in my opinion. She was talking about the need for good UI design as a user. You jumped in and implied that unless she had designed interfaces, and lots of them, she couldn't criticize -- and how many, Tamar, huh, huh, what _real_ work have you done, not that piddly little non-profit work that nobody in their right mind could ever care about...
