Goto the WSH FAQ Site in my Signature, pick downloads in the left frame, From Microsoft, and it'll present you with all the links you might need to get any of the ADSI components.

Without knowing the environments you're supporting, only you can figure out what you need. The links are all presented logically from the web site I suggested.
