Yes there could sometimes be disagreement over which posts are rude. On devx we typically let things get obviously out of hand before moving them to the OR.

However we've never had a complaint because _moving_ a post/thread is not the same as removing it. People seem to be generally appreciative of the fact that we provide a place where they can rant.
