This is exactly what happens. The program locks up when more than one user accesses the same area of the program. One area I am referring to is a simple form that shows information from my employee and company tables. On the form I have a grid box, four command buttons for Delete All; Auto-Add; Rename; & Print Emp List. There is also a command button at the top of the form for finding the employee ssn, or company code from info placed in a text box.

The form uses both company and employee tables. Does this help give you a better idea of what is going on?
