Ideally, you don't want to kick anyone off at all, for almost any reason. But there does need to be a "release valve" to get the heated, non-technical stuff outta the technical forums.

regardless of who that member is. I get this feeling that rules are so hard to devise because they could quickly result in the banishment of some particular member
