Pinnacle did a book as part of their "Pros Talk Fox" series many years ago. Robert Green actually wrote the book. I'm going to guess that most of the VFP books discuss SQL PassThrough and Remote views to some degree.

Hentzenwerke Publishing has a book in the works. Last I heard, it was set for a Spring 2000 release.
