Someone in their wisdom has assigned me a project that throws me into the wonderful world of BIT math. I need four functions and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction:

xor()
shl()
and()
or()

I would be happy to buy a 3rd party library that had the above. Or is there another way.

Please help.
