I don't know how many people are using it, but I for one am very happy with it. The documentation is excellent, and the more I use it the more I appreciate it's design. If you do a search in the MM forum here (and my name) you should see a pretty glowing review from me.

I was originally going to use the Codebook framework but the documentation was lacking - I just didn't have a clue as to where to get started. I downloaded all the demos for the various frameworks and played with them. MM's seemed to fit with what I thought was a nice design (both aesthetically and from a design-perspective). The manual was the deciding factor for me. It includes not only step-by-step instructions on how to use the framework, but it includes some of the theory as to "why". I didn't see that mentioned in any of the other frameworks. Another big part of my decision to buy a framework was to get a real working model of a "Object Oriented" system. I decided early on that was going to be a focus in my programming (when I realized programming was going be become a bigger part of my job).

I can't comment on the other frameworks since I've never had a chance to use them.
