My default codepage is 1250, and it's also the default setting on most machines by users of my application. For some unknown reasons a table suddenly changes the codepage to 1252 and some strange characters appears. I try to convert the table, but there's no effect, codepage is 1250 again, but the characters remains like 1252.

How to solve this problem an how to prevent that the user's environment settings doesn't change codepages?
